CHARMS is a specialized centre that provides treatment for simple to complicated hand conditions such as congenital abnormities, severe problems related to arthritis and major disorders of nerves and muscles requiring microsurgical expertise. Our hand care team is made up of medical professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in handling hand and wrist problems. At CHARMS, we make every effort to give you the highest level of service and care, ensuring your visit with us is a pleasant one.

Hand surgery was first recognised by the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 1997. Singapore is one of the few unique countries that has Hand Surgery as a specialty.
The Centre for Hand and Reconstructive Microsurgery (CHARMS) is the first of its Hand Centre in private practice. It was established on April 30, 2004. Over the years, CHARMS has grown and our Hand Surgeons are dedicated to the practice of Hand and Reconstructive MicroSurgery. Many of us have special interests in the treatment of wrist arthritis, sports wrist injuries and distal radius. The acute treatment and reconstructive surgery of the wrist and distal radius are our major interests.
